FileForge does not upload, log, transmit, or store your documents, photos, text, or metadata. All file processing tasks occur entirely inside your browser's JavaScript execution pool on your own CPU and RAM. You maintain 100% ownership, responsibility, and liability for all documents you process on the site.

4. Permitted & Prohibited Use

You are permitted to use our utilities for lawful document-handling purposes (e.g., merging, splitting, compressing, or formatting). You are strictly prohibited from utilizing our tools for any illegal activity, including compiling copyrighted assets, generating malicious text, or attempting to flood or disrupt the client-side scripts.

Because processing executes directly on your hardware and depends on external factors (like browser compatibility, local system specifications, and available memory), we do not warrant that tools will run without error or meet your specific requirements.
